We, at Carwise & Vanwise Group, are people first, and we do what we do in the hope to keep our nation safe and in good health. Many things have changed in the world in the past couple of months, however, our promise hasn’t - we will continue to supply quality used vehicles at the absolute lowest prices and in the safest way possible.

We are here to support all of you whom chose to limit your exposure, but still need to continue your business or upgrade your personal mobility. In our effort to support our community we are introducing our "Click, Call & Collect" and "Home Delivery" services, which will further add value to our customer proposition.

What is included?

  1. We will provide all the documentation and materials we have for a vehicle of your choice, to allow you to make an informed decision.
  2. Additionally, we will arrange a Citnow video of the chosen vehicle, confirming its condition. We can also host Zoom conversations.
  3. We are fully committed to organise & complete transactions over the phone and online, including financing.
  4. And lastly - we will book an individual appointment for you, so you can collect your newly purchased, cleaned and sanitised vehicle, or we could arrange a free delivery* to your work or home address.

Home Delivery: 48 hours test period & full refund.
If the vehicle does not match your expectations a full refund will be offered in the first 48 hours. This is your test period and if you are not happy with the vehicle for whatever reason - we will cancel the deal and refund your money.

Collection: 48 hours exchange programme
If the vehicle proves not suitable for the purpose purchased - we could exchange it for another vehicle within the same price range.

Free Delivery*
Free delivery is available within 20 miles radius of our showroom. £1 per mile will be charged after the first 20 miles, based on AA Route Planner distance.


Safety Measures


You can search online, complete transactions over the phone, apply for finance & collect your vehicle, all in one day. Get in touch with us to discuss tailored and individual solutions to your personal requirements.

Safety measures in our dealerships:

  • We undertake daily temperature screening on our associates at the start of each working day.
  • 2-metre social distancing markers have been placed in the relevant areas of the dealership.
  • One way system in place.
  • Protective screens have been installed for our crew members.
  • Calls & appointments before-hand will be made to limit the number of visitors and time spent in the showrooms.
  • PPE and hand sanitiser is available should you require
  • All our vehicles are sanitised prior to collection or delivery. They are fully prepared and ready for collection.
